So, I got an email this morning about my Facebook status from a year ago. I signed up for this service because I thought it'd be fun to remember what I'd done, how I felt, etc. a year ago to the day. My email this morning came and said:
"I had a 1am wake up call from a little boy that decided to take his PJ's and diaper off... then proceeded to pee all over his bed. Tonight's PJ's will be made out of duct tape."
The ironic part of this status update is that this morning, right after Luke left for work, Isaac came BURSTING out of his room and ran to the bathroom. Apparently he had to pee REALLY BAD... so badly, in fact, that he was unable to make it to the toilet and peed all over the rug... directly in front of the toilet. Isaac hasn't had an accident like this in MONTHS... MONTHS I TELL YOU!!!
So, needless to say, I'm doing laundry. My brand new bathroom rugs have been through a lot in the past couple of weeks. One got puked on a week and a half ago and the other just got peed on. I guess that's what you get for being a bathroom rug.
I'm guessing that next year, on March 29th 2013, I'll be cleaning up pee of some kind. I can hardly wait.
