We had our 19/20 week appointment yesterday afternoon where we had our ultra sound to check on the baby's development and find out the sex. After the long process of the tech (who was amazing, super nice and hilarious) doing all her measurements, we finally got to the good stuff...
It's a GIRL! Ava will be joining our family in September and we couldn't be more thrilled. We were afraid that she was going to be too modest to see the goods, but she finally caved and gave us a peek. I won't show those images since she really was reluctant to show us in the first place. We start the respect from an early age in this family!
Everything looks great. She's 9 oz. and has a strong heart beat. Everything measured great: head, brain, limbs, heart... she's good to go. Well, in 4 more months.
