Just One of Those Days

It's been a rough day, that's for sure. Isaac is usually a pretty even-keel, reliable and predictable kid. Today however... not so much. I think his teething kicked into full gear with his molars. He's been really temperamental all day, not wanting to sleep, his nose has been running like a faucet and he feels warm. I checked his temp, but it didn't show a temperature. Oh well, this is life with a child. You can't predict his good and bad days. Luckily, Isaac has way ore good days than bad. I just hope he chills out soon which will mean his teething pain has subsided. I don't care so much for my sanity (ok, I care a little), but I'm more worried about him. Poor thing.
