I went ahead and called the doctor this morning and took Isaac in since his fever was slowly creeping up. It wasn't anything major, just wanted to catch it early if he had something major. He has a majorly runny nose, it's sometimes stuffy, a slight cough (even though its hard to tell since he's always fake coughing), his appetite has been much smaller, and he's not really sleeping well.
I took him in and after the doc looked him over, it was determined that he has a cold. The runny nose can last up to 2 weeks. Awesome. At least it's nothing major like an ear infection or anything. The only sucky part is that there's nothing I can do for him. Vick's Baby Rub and Tylenol are really the only things I can do for him. But hey, at least he got his ears cleaned out so I didn't pay the co-pay for nothing. It was sick. Q-tips only do so much.
