Ava is Mommy's Little Mini-Me

Oh sure, people tell me all the time "Ava looks exactly like you did at that age!" She has the big, sparkly eyes, button nose, the straight on top-crazy curls around the sides-hair and a desire to create laughter at anybody's expense. 

I remember watching home videos from when my siblings and I were little. I remember one in particular where I was about Ava's age - between 18 months to 2 years - and I had just gotten a toy wheel barrow for Christmas (I think). I was rolling it around the living room RAMMING it into various family members yelling "OWW!" I'd laugh hysterically, they'd laugh hysterically, I'd compose myself and do it again... and again... and again.

Today, Ava rolled a toy shopping cart out into the living room and RAMMED it into my knee. I overacted, grabbed my knee and yelled "OWWW!" I laughed, she laughed... and did it again. and again. and again.

I love my little mini-me.
