Isaac-isms

Here's just a short little list of some of the funny things Isaac has done and said over the past week or two.

Isaac keeps asking when his birthday is, so we tell him, "Your birthday is the day after Christmas." So a couple weeks ago, we set up our Christmas tree and nativity and all that. Our house has been Christmasified. After he gets done helping us, he looks around, puts his arms up and says, "It's Christmas! Where's my birthday??"


We made Christmas cookies a few days ago. He got up one morning and immediately asked for a cookie for breakfast. Being the good and responsible mother I am (*rolls eyes*), I said "No buddy, we need to eat something healthy for breakfast. You can have a cookie for snack." He responds, "But they're so good and squishy in my mouth! Like this: Boing boing boing!" As he says "boing boing boing" he squeezes his fingers together like he's squishing something between them.


 Today, Isaac came running around the corner asking to go potty. I was right in the middle of something so I told him to hold it for one minute while I finished up. He, in a minor state of panic, say, "But if I don't go right now, I'm going to pee all over the place!"


I don't know where he gets this stuff but we're never short on laughter in this house!
