The Play Mat is a Hit

The play mat or play gym... something we didn't have when Isaac was a baby. I was stoked when we got ours for Ava. She's been a little too small to use it, but she's finally starting to bat at objects so I figured we'd give it a whirl yesterday. Not only does she love it, she's a chatter box and the smile queen. Of course, as soon as I grab the video camera, she stops smiling but she still talks a little bit. Every time she'd hit one of the toys, Isaac would flip out and make me look, "Baby Ava hit one of her toys Mommy!!!" Such a proud brother... and easily impressed.

Of course big bro saw how much fun she was having and had to get in on the action. Plus, he thought he needed to show her how to hit the toys properly to get the most entertainment out of them. It's almost as if Isaac was a cat in a former life...
