We had a great Easter! It was a busy one, but a good one. We started off going to church as we always start our Easter Sundays. Immediately after church let out, we headed over to JB Park for the huge Sinak gathering where we all picnicked and had the Easter egg hunt for all the kiddos. Isaac was only 4 months old last Easter so he didn't participate last year, so this year was his first Easter egg hunt! It was a lot of fun to watch him and see how he really didn't care if there was candy in his eggs or not... he just wanted to pick them up, put them in his basket, take them out of his basket, shake them, drop them, pick them back up, put them back in the basket... and the cycle continues...
Sometimes Isaac needed a little encouragement to put the eggs in the basket and find another. He didn't exactly care about getting the most candy since he doesn't even know what it is.
Our handsome little man.
Showing Poppi all his eggs. He was so proud!
Having a blast with Daddy... Isaac had so much fun!
After the park we went back to Luke's grandparent's house for a mid-afternoon lunch. Isaac slept pretty much the whole time. The poor kid was tuckered out after running around the park! From there, we high-tailed it to my Grandma's house for dinner with my sister, Aunt Val and Uncle Denny. Way more low key than the rest of the day had been, it was a nice way to end the holiday.
