Learning the Language

Isaac has been babbling a lot lately and putting syllables together. He's been able to manage a "Ma" or "Mama" every now and then. I'm not sure if he knows yet that that is referring to me, but either way, I'll take it. This morning though, I'm pretty sure he said "Dada" or "Daddy". Again, not sure if it was in reference to Luke, but we'll take it. He's not all that talkative when you're talking with him but once you kind of leave him alone to play on his own, he'll start talking a lot more. So most of the words that I hear are from across the room or over the baby monitor.

Whether he can or can't say mommy or daddy, whether he's talking to us, about us or just saying sounds... the bottom line is that he's learning and learning fast. It's just awesome to watch him develop so quickly. He's such a smart little boy... but I guess when you're head is in the 93rd percentile, you have more room for brains :)
