Week 32: Doctor Visit

We had another appointment today. Everything is looking fine. Heartbeat is still strong and fast and I'm measuring 31 cm in my 32nd week which is perfect. You want to measure the number of weeks you are in cm from pubic bone to chest bone (roughly) and if you're within 2 cm either way, you're measuring right where you need to be.

Now I start my bi-weekly visits so we'll be back in the doctor's office on the 3rd of December. After that, we have one more bi-weekly visit and we start our weeklys. It's just crazy how fast this process has been! We're less than 8 weeks away.

We toured the hospital in our childcare class on Monday. We saw the labor and delivery ward, the surgery rooms in case a Cesarean is needed, the nursery, the NICU, and the postpardum rooms. St. John's has a nice little set up. It was just weird staring at the labor bed that I'll be laying in within the next few weeks... it got pretty real, pretty fast.
