Isaac's New Antics Caught on Tape!

Isaac has always been a good napper but now that he's getting more mobile, naps are taking a backseat to figuring out new tricks. He's been practicing crawling up on his knees for the past week or two. Then, just today, I laid him down for a nap and he crawled out of the site of the camera that we have in there, so I went in to check on him when I could still hear him but not see him anymore. I open the door and see him peering up over the rails of the crib... he sat himself up from laying down! I didn't see how he had done it so I figured he'd just pulled himself up to sitting on the bars of the crib.

So I finally mounted the camera on the wall so I could see the whole crib and laid him back down. As soon as I closed the door, he went to work. He pushed himself up to sitting then reached over to the bars and pulled himself to a stand. I went back in and there he was, looking at me very proud of himself. Unfortunately, I can't drop the mattress until Luke gets home so I have to keep an extra eye on him to make sure he doesn't pull himself over the edge for some reason. This also means I had to take out the bumper and his mobile because he grabs onto it and hangs from it.
